This is  a diagram of my jet pack, or what I hope it will look like in the future.

Computer update

Hi everyone, I have something to say. Over winter break, my Chromebook's internal battery died, so I took it to the tech room to get it fixed. They gave me another, borrowed chromebook to use while the other one got fixed.
Well, unfortunately, that computer was trash. Seriously. It would not load, and I would always have to use my phone for assignments at school. But thankfully, I got my regular chromebook back yesterday, and I'm happy to say it works great! In fact, I'm writing this blog post on it right now. So now that I have a device that works, it will make it a lot easier to design the pressure valve on Tinkercad. I'll start that soon!

The 3-D Printer

Hello again, I'm here to give my weekly update on the jet pack. I'm working on gathering supplies. But I've checked amazon, eBay and every single website you can think of that might have one, and no luck at all. My teacher suggested that I 3-D print one. I think that is a good idea, but designing one will be hard. I might have to make it in parts, because we have a rather small 3-D printer. But I think it will work. At home, I'm going to measure the diameter of the water bottle's hole, then start designing the pressure valve on tinkercad. Tinkercad is a website designed for designing programs for a 3-D printer. One of my friends is really good with the printer, so I will probably ask her for help. I think I have a good plan for making the jet pack. I hope it will all work out!

Hello friends! The progress on the jet pack was slow over break, but now that the holiday season is over I am ready to get back into business. I have almost all the supplies. I know that I have been taking a while on this project, but since we have an entire year I am just going to take it slow and steady. That wins the race, right?
